All training programs offered by The Branch Solution are led by instructors who are not only qualified and skilled academically, but have real-world experience in the topics they teach. It is our objective to impart knowledge as well as ability. Participants will leave our training with skills which can be applied immediately. What Are The Training Formats? Our training programs are deisgned for the adult learner. Training program formats include: Live group worshops - small group training events which are held in locations which are both comfortable and easily accessible Teleseminars - training events utilizing the latest in telephone conferencing technology so that participants may listen to audio presentations from the comfort of wherever they may be in the world Webinars - virtual training events utilizing the latest in online conferencing so that participants may utilize their internet connection to view presentation slides and, if necessary, their telephone to listen to the audio presentation Tight Training Budget? Gather your team in a conference room for our teleseminars or webinars and train the whole team for one low price! What Is Included In The Training? Our training programs are deisgned for the adult learner. Training program formats may include a combination of the following: Lecture Group Discussion Handouts Visual Aids (including slides and video vignettes) Case Studies Experiential Exercises We also allow for questions and answers throughout each of our training sessions along with practice and evaluation of learning concepts. Are Corporate Training Programs Customized? Training programs are customized for your industry and organization. We will meet with you to learn about the specific needs of your organization and tailor our programs to meet your needs, in both content and length. We will also incorporate your company policies and procedures into the training programs. All training can be conducted in-house or at an off-site location secured by your organization. If your training needs extend beyond the offerings listed on our website, please let us know. We have a vast network of trainers and consultants with experience in all industries. We will leverage the knowledge of our network to design a program specifically for your organization. What Are Open Enrollment Training Events? Open enrollment training events are non-customized programs open to the public. These programs are designed for anyone who desires to take control of their development and enhance their skills in the area of human relations. Our calendar includes the dates, formats, host details, and descriptions of available open enrollment training events. What Are The Training Fees? Training fees vary based on the level of program customization and program length. Fees will be discussed following an initial assessment of your organizational training needs. What Is The Cancellation Policy? For corporate training events the cancellation policy is as follows: For corporate training programs you may cancel training up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled training date, less a 25% cancellation fee and any expenses incurred by the trainer up to the date of cancellation (e.g. travel reservations). Cancellations 2 weeks or less prior to the scheduled training date are non-refundable. For open enrollment training events hosted by The Branch Solution the cancellation policy is as follows: Teleseminars and Webinars Teleseminars and webinars are non-refundable. These sessions are recorded and available for your review within 48 hours following the initial session. An access number to review the recording will be provided to all registrants within 48 hours following the session. Live Group Training More than 2 weeks prior to training date - Full registration fee will be refunded 2 weeks or less prior to training date - Registration fee will be refunded, less a 25% cancellation fee 7 days or less prior to training date - Registration fee is non-refundable Note: If a training program hosted by The Branch Solution LLC is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be issued to registered participants. We reserve the right to cancel open enrollment training programs which do not meet minimum participant registration requirements. Are Continuing Education Credits Offered? If you are a member of a professional association, continuing education credit may be recognized. However, you will need to contact your association board to find out what's required.
